A refundable deposit* (less $25 cancellation fee) equal to 50% of your total stay is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your Credit Card

Cancel by 3:00 PM local hotel time at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to deposit amount.

If you are staying with your dog, then you MUST CALL to confirm you have booked a correct accommodation.
Here at Edgewater Resort we have select accommodations that are dog friendly: Premium Water-View Room #219, Standard Plus Water-View Room #217, Courtyard Condos 202 and 220 and all Cottages.
The charge is $30 per night for the first dog and $15 per night for the second dog.
Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool area.
