Cancellation Policy
June 14 – November 1: Cancel by 3:00 PM local hotel time at least 14 days before arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to your deposit amount. If you cancel more than 14 days before check-in, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
June 15 – October 31: Cancel by 3:00 PM local hotel time at least 28 days before arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to your deposit amount. If you cancel more than 28 days before check-in, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

If you are staying with your dog, then you MUST CALL to confirm you have booked a correct accommodation.
Here at Edgewater Resort we have select accommodations that are dog friendly: Premium Water-View Room #219, Standard Plus Water-View Room #217, Courtyard Condos 202 and 220 and all Cottages.
The charge is $30 per night for the first dog and $15 per night for the second dog.
Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool area.
